is a Fine Arts Practitioner and Lecturer in BA Fine Art at Staffordshire
University. Her current research interests include the role of art
and culture in urban regeneration, and investigation into private
space in the public forum.
During her residency,
Francis will deliver WLTM - a dating agency for works of art.
